Because of this, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To process the request, please provide:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged item
- Photos of the packaging
We will review the case and may offer:
- A replacement item
- A partial or full refund
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, items that are used or damaged after delivery may not be eligible for return.
